HIP Fitness is like no other. The Pilates inspired Lagree Method, uses resistance springs on the Megaformer 3… The M3, to give you a full body workout. You wind up feeling long, lean and strong in just 45 minutes. We work your muscles to complete fatigue. You will be shaking, burning, and sweating through several exercises. Keeping the workout low impact, you will be burning up to 700 calories in one session! We now have added TRX suspension straps to our schedule.These straps use body resistance to burn fat, increase heart rate, and work those muscles!

"Holy smokes! This place kicks butt! These classes are some of the hardest workouts that I've ever done. You will be shaking, sweating, and breathing hard by the end---and sore for the next couple of days. The instructors that I've had are a perfect blend of challenging and encouraging, really pushing you to do your best, but happy to demonstrate modifications if you're not quite to the top level yet. This is NOT slow, graceful Pilates...this is a hard hitting workout. Yes, you'll use your core, and you do move slowly, but these moves are amazingly tough. Tip: Bring sticky bottom socks (grippy socks), but if you don't have any, you can buy some there with cash or credit. They have good prices on them."
"Have attend three classes and I am in love!! This is a wonderful studio, very clean, great atmosphere, and so far (have only had two different ones), the instructors are amazing! So kind, encouraging, and great at explaining/demonstrating each move - I had never done any type of reformer workout before. The class itself is EXTREMELY hard! You get so much out of 45 minutes!! Burn, burn, burn. And the fact that it is no impact is awesome - doesn't added to the impact I endure from running. Highly recommend this class to anyone that is short on time, but wants a great, hard, motivating workout!"
"Did the Bridal special this summer and all I have to say is WOW! Got to take classes from every instructor , which are all good and each have their own style but Christa is where it's at, she will make you work! The straps class is also an amazing class always nice to have a lower intensity workout! You Can not go wrong with HIP Fitness from great classes to a wonderful owner who always open to suggestions and will respond to any concerns you might have."
