How did you choose a career in fashion?
I have always been obsessed with fashion. As a little girl, I was perpetually overdressed for everything. I would always help my sisters and friends shop or put an outfit together and realized I was onto something.
What is the most rewarding aspect of the job?
Personal appearance is extremely important, when my clients look good they feel good. I love dressing a client and seeing the confidence they feel after a quick outfit or wardrobe update.
I’m certain you come across so many amazing buys. What would you say was your all time favorite purchase?
A Vintage Chanel tweed jacket that literally makes me happy just thinking about it.
You look great, tell us about your diet?
I definitely had to learn how to manage my sweet tooth over the years. I think balancing a 80/20 lifestyle, meaning 80% of the time I eat very clean. The 20% is to indulge in some of my guilty pleasures like truffle french fries and chocolate chip cookies.
How was your initial experience at HIP?
I fell in love with HIP instantaneously and love the transformation my body has made. Each instructor has a unique way of teaching and motivates me in different ways.
We know you have a busy schedule, how often do you workout?
I have always been extremely active and physically and mentally feel better when I exercise. I try to workout anywhere from 4 to 6 times a week. When I’m traveling I love to be active outside; whether it’s hiking, riding bikes, or walking, I just try to get those endorphins pumping.
With all that working out, what is your favorite body part?
We live in leggings these days. What is a stylish way to go from the gym to lunch?
Easiest way to transform your outfit is to throw a structured jacket over your shoulders, and put a cool pair of sneakers on. As long as you have a great pair of leggings on it makes the transmission much easier!
Do you have any must-have accessories.
Always a pair of big Celine or Chloe sunglasses and Cartier watch. When I can I also bring my miniature poodle Millie.
Do you have a pair of favorite leggings?
Koral are my favorite because they are edgy and unique. I live in the ones that look like leather!
