THE MEGAFORMER

You will only find in Houston the Megaformer 3, M3, at HIP Fitness. Created by master mind and celebrity trainer, Sebastien Lagree, the M3 was to teach the Lagree Method. Through slow and controlled movements followed with fast transitions from one exercise to the next, the exercises keep the heart rate up in the fat burning zone. The resistance springs make it simple to modify the exercises to fit individual client’s needs.

Revolving from the classical Pilates reformer, Lagree, needed a machine that could offer constant tension while maintaining no impact on the joints. It took nearly 10 years to create the M3. Sebastien Lagree continues to make updates to his machines and HIP Fitness will continue to offer the best.

TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING

TRX was born by Navy SEALs, Randy Hetrick. His operational career culminated as a Squadron Commander of the SEAL’s elite special missions unit where circumstances inspired him to experiment with what would become TRX. The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, suspension training that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. 

You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.
