As a current University of Houston student, I love to maintain an active lifestyle in fitness. After being introduced to the Lagree method at HIP a year ago, I immediately got hooked to the challenging, yet, fun workout. I have always loved fitness whether its weight lifting, yoga, or Lagree. When I’m not studying or staying active, I sing regularly at a few venues around town. Music is so important to me so I hope to not only introduce clients to a killer workout, but also some fun new music to go with it.
