Randi

    Randi, a North Dakota native, received her degree in Corporate Fitness in 2004. Fitness and sports have always played a major role in her life as she still continues to play in leagues. It was after she moved to Houston in August of 2014 that she came across Hip Fitness and Pilates. Not only did she love the workout but became obsessed. Being a mother of 2 busy children, getting a full body workout that quickly strengthen and tones in 45 minutes is exactly what she needs with her busy schedule. Favorite exercise: Plank to Pike & Donkey Kicks Favorite music: Anything that really pumps the adrenaline!
