Sandi Kobs

    Growing up playing various activities and becoming heavily drawn to classical ballet and contemporary dance, Sandi was drawn to the low impact of HIP.  Sandi started as a client needing a workout that would complement her intensive dance training.  It did not take long until she was addicted!  She not only gained strength, but no longer needed regular chiropractic visits to treat her chronic joint problems.  She loves being able to help clients attain their fitness goals. She promises a challenging and fun class!

    Favorite Exercises: Donkey kicks and Chest press
    Favorite Music: Most genres of music, but to work out, definitely Latin jams.
