Sandi Kobs

    Meet Sandi! Growing up, she played various activities and became drawn to classical ballet and contemporary dance. Like her preference of exercise when she was younger, Sandi was drawn to the low impact element that HIP Fitness offered in the Megaformer Pilates classes.  Sandi started as a client needing a workout that would complement her intensive dance training. Since she incorporated Pilates into her life, she has not only gained strength but she no longer needs regular chiropractic visits to treat her chronic joint problems.  She loves being able to help clients attain their fitness goals. She promises a challenging and fun class!
